Responsible for our operational support functions across the business, Colleen brings over ten years’ experience in the Construction Industry and Government Sector in the UK and Australia.
Colleen has a demonstrated track record in policy development, compliance and governance, communication and engagement, people management and business development, for the Australian Government and Laing O’Rourke.
She is a strategic thinker who brings a unique perspective to the business; integrating the different aspects of the firm to enable our continued success. Colleen has led innovative gender diversity, change and HR strategies in the Construction Industry and advocates for positive engagement and collaboration between government, industry, and educational institutions.
Colleen has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree from Queens University Belfast, Advanced Project Management certification and is accredited in International Public Engagement.
